Should I backup my Device before getting it repaired?
Backing up your device before sending it in for repair provides the highest level of protection for your data. For the most up-to-date instructions on how to backup your Device, consult your manufacturer’s website, carrier instruction or owner’s manual for the simplest solution.
I don’t want to lose my photos and music. Can they be saved?
Yes, if you follow your owner’s manual or carrier instructions to properly back up the contents of your Device. This should provide the highest level of protection and is highly recommended before shipping in your device.
How do I know my Device will not be compromised?
